Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Hi, my boyfriend is divorced and has primary physical custody of his seven year old daughter. His ex-wife only has visitation rights under the descretion of my boyfriend. His ex-wife is wanting to take his daughter out of the state on her weekend just to drop off a dog to her new husband's uncle, but my boyfriend does not approve of her taking his daughter out of the state, and she never even asked him if it was okay, we aren't even sure if she was going to tell him, we found out through his daughter. Is she still allowed to take her out of the state without asking or approval from the primary physical care-giver? Can she get into trouble if she does?

No one here has read the paperwork, so no one here can answer you. Your boyfriend should take his court order or other paperwork to his lawyer to review what is and is not allowed should he not be clear on it.
