my boyfriend is incarserated for contempt of court for child support he fell behind on child support because he has been incarserated in prison we are trying to figure out whats the best route to take for this situation we cannnot afford an attorney do you have any suggestions

There are only two things he can do to help - get a lawyer, and pay up his child support. There isn't a third option that helps.
