Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My boyfriend signed a first offenders contract stateing that he could not leave his mothers gardieanship until he graduated highschool, but his stepfather beats him. only a few hours ago his stepfather hit him, and tryed to choke him out. He has two swollen places on his neck and face, but he is afraid to call the police. What should we do? Should we call defacs or the police, and if so what will they do?

When a person is a crime victim and they don't call the police, they will continue to be a victim. So until he does nothing will change.
