Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My boyfriend and I have been together for several years, we have split up in the past 7 months. He is dating/living with a girl. The girlfriend has an cocaine addiction and at one time used meth, I have recently found out that she sleeps with wealthy men for money. This girl has an excellent job in a law firm in Georgia. My ex and her when they are together they drink to much, and assuming he is also doing cocaine with her, they fight in public places, she beats on him. She has a four year old child that witnesses alot of things that he shouldn't. My question is do I have to allow my children to go with there father? We where never married. One child was legitimized and one wasn't. I don't want to get into any trouble if I don't allow them to see him. He has not been an active father in there lives for 7 months now. Also, do I have to let them talk with him on the telephone? Also, he does not pay child support

First of all, why are you not doing something to collect child support?
As to a child that is NOT legitimized, he has zero rights to see the child unless he does legitimize the child.
As to the child that IS legitimized, his rights are spelled out in the court order that you have seen and we have not.
