Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

breaking a verbal agreement concerning our child.

My son's father and I have an agreement that my son will reside and attend school with him in Jamaica West Indies and he would return home for summer vacations. His father is now refusing to send him, stating if i need to see him i should come and see him. He holds me in total diregard as a parent and made this decision without my consult or consent.

Custody can't be decided verbally. If the child is in Jamaica, get a lawyer there immediately. If you have a custody order from Georgia then see a lawyer here as well.
