Breech of Contract

If in our divorce papers my exhusband was to put $20,000 in a trust fund for our daughter in HER name for college, and instead he put it in a savings account in HIS name, and then has taken some money out without replacing it, would that be grounds for me to sue him for breech of contract to get the money back in there the way it was meant to be?

If this agreement was in the final divorce decree then your husband is in contempt of court. Speak with your attorney about this because your husband can be brought before the court on a rule to show cause and then sentenced for his contempt of court.
