Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My brother and I were adopted by our step father years ago through his coercion while we were residents of the state of Georgia. We would like to have the adoption annulled and after many years our step father is now willing to agree to this. What steps should we take to proceed.

I've done adoptions for 29 years and there is, to the best of my knowledge, no law allowing annulment of an adoption absent a legal error in the process.
