Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
By brother has been trying to get a divorce since 2004. This is the fourth continuance and date set for 10/6. His wife's attorney attempted to withdrawal for non payment and denied. A new court date was set for 10/6 and his wife's attorney filed motion to withdraw again for"medical" reasons and it was granted! The court did not place a continuance and date still 10/6. What is a judge most likely to do. She stated what she would rule at a prior hearing and encouraged mediation no agreement made in mediation and set this trial dare. If she has no attorney by then what could happen? Please help.
