Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My buddy's a soldier who's deployed Him and his wife have just started our divorce paper work but they are still legally married she recently moved in with her boyfriend he's never met with their kids he don't like this for obvious reasons there no signs of abuse or mistreatment but he still don't like it is there any legal recourse he could take so at least his kid aint living with some random guy

Of course there is. And that legal recourse requires a lawyer. Why has he not done the absolutely vital step of hiring one? Doesn't he understand how badly pro se divorces with children go?
