I built a house on my parents property. I pulled a building permit on 11/18/1996 I had the house framed and dryed in by the time we were married 6/21/1997 she had no money in this part she did help me purchase app. and cabinets totaling around 9000 dallors minus 12 years depreciation half of the appliances dont work and part of the cabinets doors are off from broken hinges she wants half the value of the house what is my advice her lawer thinks she can
