bullied into signing
I am a 27 year old single mom in Ga. I have a 4 year old child that the father has nothing to do with. Recently, my mother and stepfather became displeased with my decision to become involved with a man. They took temp custody of my child (without my constent) and scheduled me for court. Before the court date, they and their lawyer told me that they were going to make me out to be a lunatic in my small town courtroom if I did not sign an agreement giving them primary custody of my child. I signed the agreement rather than risk losing my child. How do I get primary custody back?

Consult with a local attorney. You should have done that in the first place. Maybe it's not too late.

Posting multiple times on a message board like this is not going to help you (obviously much of the story is missing). The custody of your child is not an issue for an internet forum. Get a lawyer if it is important to you.
