Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

can the US call for extradition of a US citizen (who may now have Australian Residency status) who has a very large child support debt in the USA of approx US $100k ? He has not paid anything to this case for 7 yrs plus. He also has child support debts to Australian children. I think the US case may be registered in either Virginia or Georgia.(mother resides in Georgia)
