If there is a case of family violence open on my significant other involving me and we decide to go on with our wedding how will that affect our situation with the court there is also a restraining order as a condition of his bail

If the court order prohibits contact with you and he is at the wedding, he could go to jail. He needs to discuss this with his lawyer.
