Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

What Case Law can I use or reference to end Voluntary Child Support payments beyond age 18 in Georgia even though I signed a Divorce Agreement without a Lawyer until the kids either reach age 23 or finish college. Financially I can not continue now that my kids are 18 and older. I am not able to support my current house hold (behind on my Mortgage and other Bills). PLEASE HELP with any appeal argument that I can use in court. I am paying 13K of back child support plus my current child support order which total $2300 per month for two kids. Also the court is taken 60% of my Net Pay. I can't live off of 40%

You may not be able to change that. While a court cannot order it, they can order compliance with the agreement, and, depending on the language, it may or may not be modifiable.

You made an expensive mistake in not using counsel in your divorce and you are compounding that mistake now, as you need a lawyer now.
