Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i caught my husband cheating for the fourth time and ask him to leave he moved out and took one of our three children with him without my knowledge. he is asking for full custody he has a history of 14 arrest in as many years with a felony drug charge which he is still on probation until the end of 2011 i have never had any trouble can he take my kids from me
