Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
ex wants to change our childrens schools.we share 50/50 joint physical cus of the kids. before the 50/50 she wanted to move to another state and take the kids then in mediations she wanted full cus.on just a verbal agreement she said she would not take them out of there current school now that she is getting remarraied she wants to. the kids do not want to i do not want them to and there teachers also advise agaist it i believe that she is moveing and just wants to make it more convenant to her. what do i do i believe they should stay in there stable enviroment. ibelieve she told me before she wanted to so if i act quick i may be able to find a way to afford a lawyer. she is primary over the education but only reason she has given to change there school is if they have to go to the hospital they will take to one further from us so i called ambulance service they said this is not true they will be taken to the same hospital plus ambulance is half a block away from current school and 6 miles from the one she wants to change to i told her and she will not reply. if she takes them to a school that will make it hard or impossible for me to get them from and to is this a way she is alienating from the kids.

The answer is the same as the last time you posted this weekend. You can either keep not getting a lawyer and have things go very badly, or you can get offline, hire counsel, and protect your rights.
