Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
Do you have to change your Final date for your divorce if the other lawyer says he will take an hour and your attorney says he needs an hour also and you are on the docket already, can't the judge make that decision without changing the final court date?

You should be asking your lawyer as you paid him to answer.
That's very normal. Judges put far more cases on divorce calendars than they can here, as most parties settle without a hearing. In many courts your case will be reset many times.

Since you have a lawyer, it is not ethical for me to intervene. Direct your questions to your attorney. If the attorneys say they each need an hour, then the court will have to schedule the time and the case will have to be heard at a later date.
