Name Change
I got married 6 months ago only to find out yesterday that my first husband never submit the signed divorce paper to the courts. I've change my name with social security and my job. So how do I get my name back until 1st divorce is final.

You have a bigger problem than the name. You are committing bigamy, which is a crime, and need a lawyer immediately. Since you could not have legally changed your name with Social Security and your job without a divorce decree, there should not be a problem with that.
