name change
hello. i have a question. my ex-wife wants to take my last name back after 12 years of divorce. what are the legal problems that could arise from me agree to this. we have two children together. i have been remarried for eight years. how will this effect me in the future?

I would be very suspiscious of her motives. She will have to file a Petition for Change of Name in Superior Court. I would advise you to consult with a local attorney. I cannot imagine any reason for her wanting to do this other than to possibly cause you problems.
