Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Name change after remarriage - want to hyphenate

I have divorced and remarried. After the marriage, I dropped my old married name and adopted my new married last name. In the marriage, I have two kids from my previous marriage and my husband has two kids from his previous marriage. They all live with us. Is there a way for me a return to the old married name to hyphenate it with my new married name to keep a name connection with my two biological children. I am sure my ex would not mind the use of the name, but is there a legal way to do that since now all of my ID says my new married name?

You can have this done through the courts. The process is inexpensive and can be done without an attorney. Feel free to contact my office for further assistance on the matter.
