i would like to know of a site where i can down load the necessary forms, i will need to change the spelling of my first name.

Go to the Fulton County website or go to the Fulton County Courthouse Family Law Division to get the forms for a fee. I suggest that you seek the aid of legal counsel to insure that the process is done properly.
