Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I want to change my last name to my step-father's last name.

I'm 16 years old and I want to change my last name to my step-father's last name. My boilogical father is trying to get custody of me. He's claiming that I have Parental Alienation Syndromeso the courts have taken away all of my rights. Is there a way I can change my last name without my biological father concenting to it?

At 16 you can't without your parents. Wait til you're 18. Then you can do it.
