Change Visitation

How long do you have to wait to have divorce papers changed if you filed in 05 and it was granted in 06 to increase Child Support (he has a new wife and job making more money) and shorten Visitation (he doesn't see them like he is suppose to so I want to go back to standard visitaion)?

He owes me 1200 by court order on medical bills and won't pay it, instead pays 25 a month saying it goes toward the medical bills while more medical bills keeping adding up due to our handicap child. The papers state pay half of all medical expenses but it doesn't state how it has to be paid. He said he has the money but he also has a new child to take care of so the money is not an issue. What can I do about this or can I do anything since he is paying the 25 a month?

You can file a petition for modification re visitation and a petition for contempt for the arrearage at any time.
