I'm sorry my son's FATHER lives in california and we can not locate him.(consent of name change) We were told to publish the name change in the CA news paper because that was the last known address of the FATHER we (son/I) now live in Ga my son is now 5

I don't know whotold you that but it is INCORRECT. If you wish my office's assistance to get a name change done properly, please contact us.
