Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Changing visitation schedule

I am the non-custodial parent of an 8 year old and an 11 year old living in Georgia. Currently, they see me every other weekend and 5-8 one night a week. Both want more time, but the mother refuses to listen. She used to let them stay overnight two nights a week, then it went to one, now zero; exactly by the decree. Do I have a chance of successfully modifying to two nights a week or knowing it will entail a court battle (she will not bend)?

Re: Changing visitation schedule

The answer to your question will require a personal consultation with an attorney who is likely to want to review the decree and obtain other information.
