Do you charge by the hour or is there a payment plan or a flat fee for a uncontested divorce but with mediation.

A divorce with mediation is contested, not uncontested. We do some cases with a flat fee and some with retainers and additonal fees, and you'd need to call to discuss exact fees. You're apparently in the same city as we are, so feel free to call me at 404-768-3509.
If you can do an uncontested case we almost always do a flat fee.
