Write it out on a note pad is the cheapest way. If you want one that has a chance at being valid and enforceable, you'll hire a lawyer. The lawyers you contact will tell you what their charges will be.

Well, the cheapest way, in the short run, is to just write it out. However, it is almost impossible for anyone, even an attorney, to foresee all the things that could happen in the future. Therefore, in the long run, that may be the most expensive way. Consult with a lawyer experienced in this area.
