child abandonment
is a mailing address required if you want to put a child abandoment warrent put for someone's arrest?

You have to give a residence address when you apply for the warrant so that the sheriff will know where to serve the warrant.
Unless your county requires a mailing address, e.g., a P.O. box, don't worry about it.
