Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

if a child of the age 15 wants to leave home because of personal reasons and wants to live with someone who is over the age of 18 in a different state can they do that without parent consent? what needs to be done to help this person? how much trouble would someone get in for helping this person leave home?
