Child does not want to go back and live w/ mom

Mother has physical custody. parents have joint custody. Child comes from the western u.s. where her mom took her 1 yr ago.She is w/dad in ga and does not want to go back. She begs him and tells horror stories of her treatment. Dad saidhewas not going to let her go. What will they do to him. Grannie

she is 8 yrs. old. loves being with her family here and her mom leaves early every a.m. and sets the clock to wake her up. she has 9 animals to feed and care for, get her breakfast, dress make her bed and walks to school. she was late 39times last school year. Shewalks home alone after school and there are sex molesters living around her. One on the same street. She stays by herself from the time she gets out of school at 2:55 PM to 7 pm when her Mom gets home. She tells us that if she cries for Dad she has to eat soap. When she lived here and her mom took her and left wit 2 children she had before their marriage. She and her dad were very close. He was her principal care giver. She took them straight to a Battered Women's Shelter and set my son up as a Monster while he was outof town working.She followed him to a store then when his child who was 4 then sees him come out she runs to her Daddy. Mom cset him up and chged him w/stalkin
