Child Care cost responsibility during visitation

In a situation of a divorce where the 2 parents share

joint legal, but mother is primary custodial parent,

(Father pays minumum Child support requirements to

mother) ... Who is responsible for the cost of child care

(daycare) should the father use it during extended

visitation periods like spring break or summer

vacations where the children are in his custody for a

week or more at a time?

If the father avails himself of daycare, he must pay for it, unless the divorce decree provides otherwise.

The father shall pay the child support as specified in the final judgment and decree for divorce. If the decree does not permit such an alteration in payment, then the father must continue to pay the same monthly payments to the mother during the summer vacation periods.
