child custody

My husband and I divorced 13 years ago with him getting custody of our daughter. Today she is 17 and a senior in high school and she is afraid of him wants to come live with me. I want her to do that because I was also afraid and left him bacause of that, I knew one day she would know the truth. I now reside and Georgia and he resides in Florida can she decide now at this age to come live with me to finish high school being she is 17.
