Child custody

My ex husband has paid child support since 2004. He is over $4,000 behind. He sent the law after my child on false pretenses, ''she lives in a shack with a powercord running electricity'' . Lies, and they sent me the wrong date to go to court,(the 8th of Jan.) when court was held the seventh. To deliberatly try to make me lose by FTA. Now he's saying we are on drugs, yet we have taken drug test, urine and hair. and passed. They say I can only see my child during supervised visitation, and will not set a date. I've done everything and proved everything. I am her legal gaurdian, how did he get temporary custody with pure lies. How can I get my child back????????
