Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Child custody issues with divorce.

I asked for divorce August 9th of this year from my wife of 7 years... and we have a 4 year old son.

After a few weeks of separation I moved in with another woman and became very close to her. Since then my astranged wife has been very difficult. She's attempted suicide, treathened to kill me and my new girlfriend, and has kept me from seeing my son. She emptied my bank account, and has good financial support from her family. She is living in my house (mortgage in my name), and her lawyer assures her that I HAVE to pay for all the bills, but there is not any court order. I have payed them to keep my credit intact, but it limits my money to nearly nothing, so I cannot afford an attorney. So I have tried to work things out by myself the whole time.

Now she's treating me to NOT allow me to ever see my son again, and to move 1000 miles away as long as I'm with my new girlfriend. And her lawyer has her convinced it can be done. Is there anyway that she is right?

I'm really stuck and do not know what to do or believe. I want to me with my son more than anything, but do not want to loose my girlfriend that has supported me so much through all of this.

You will not be denied visitation by the courts unless the court finds that it is not in the child's best interest. You really need to contact an attorney because you are dealing with numerous issues that can't be answer in this forum.

As the previous poster said, there are way too many issues that need to be addressed. In this limited space, my overwhelming advice is: GET A LAWYER!!
