Can a man who kicks his wife and kids out in the middle of the night get custody of the children just because he makes more money even if she has a decent place and takes good care of the childre, 5 years and 5 months old?

Your question as posted is unanswerable. Custody depends on many factors, and one event does not usually decide it. You should obtain counsel if you haven't or ask your lawyer if you have counsel.

Just makling more money does not insure he will get custody. In fact, his conduct as you described it will hurt him. Consult with a local attorney.
