I would like to reverse child custody of my grand-daughter to her father whom I have legal custody of from NY State, I am now living in GA and I no longer want the legal rights of her. How do I reverse this action immediately?

Do you have legal custody of the child's father (your question makes it sound like you do). In any event, you will need to petition the appropriate court for a transfer of custody to an individual who is willing and competent to act in your grand-daughter's best interests.
