If a child is drawing SSDI from his fathers ssi does the amount of check he gets each month count toward child support

I'm assuming the mother is the custodial parent and is the one receiving the SSDI on behalf of the minor child? It should have been taken into consideration when child support was calculated. You may want to speak to an attorney if the father needs a modification.
