child guardianship

i am the father of my son i was awarded guardianship of him by the Peoria court family services took him away from his mother and placed him with his maternal grandmother who gave him to us i have all the legal documents on this matter i have her sign several agreements before going before the judge since the support payment have stop she has set another court date we have not received notice are we required to show up we live in ga and not received any notice except a phone call from her so what do we do
