child legitimazation

I am currently married and trying to get divorced. this has been in the process for 7 months now. the guy i am trying to divorce is in prison and has been there for 2 years and i have moved on and gotten pregnant by my fiancee. What do i need to do for this child to have my fiancee's last name and nothing to do with my soon to be ex?

Make sure you have a good lawyer. Unless the divorce says that your husband is not the father in the final order (and that means you have to do all thr right steps before that) the child will legally be your husband's forever. If you do not have a lawyer, you need one.
