Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a child that we obtained legal temporary guardianship 5 months ago. The birth mother asked if we wanted to adopt & we do. She has now changed her mind & wants the baby back. She has filed termination paper, we objected. She's hired an attorney that gave us a list of interrogatories to answer. Do we have any grounds for possibly keeping this child? She has changed her mind several times about wanting him back & us keeping him.

Since we don't know what she signed, under what conditions, and when, there's no way to answer you. Obviously with an adoption underway you have counsel, and your lawyer is best able to answer the questions you asked.
