Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a child with my partner.We have lived together for 17 years.he now wants to end relationship and for me to leave.I have no means to do so.What are my rights?

You have a right to child support.

However personally you have few rights since you chose not to marry and enter into the one institution that protects your rights.

(Who must leave depends on whose name is on the lease or deed).
