Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Child Paternity

I would like to know if is it possible for a person to be made legally to take a paternity test if he has been named as the alleged father although both parties are over the age of 18 now? Is is possible to force someone for medical reasons submit to a paternity test to confirm whether that person is your father?

Forced Paternity test

If your mother was married to the man at the time of your birth, then he's cnnsidered your "legal father" even though he may not be biological. As such, he's still responsible for your support. Now that you're 18, you're still a legal heir and if your "legal father" doesn't have a will stating otherwise, you have the right to inherit from his estate. I'm not sure a Court can make him take a paternity test but he might do so if you offered to pay.
