Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I have a child I pay child support on, however I don't see the child, have a relationship with the child nor talk to the child. I would like to give up my rights. I live in Georgia. Can I do this? If so where do i start

No you cannot. The right to be supported belongs to the child. You can't get away with making taxpayers pay your child support. (The one exception will be if someone else wants to adopt your child.)
The lack of visitation is your choice as if you wanted visitation you could seek it in court.
When you have a child, the CHILD has the "rights." You have the obligation to support. You don't give up your obligations.
The Courts will not allow you to terminate your rights because you made the decision not to pursue visitation. The child needs clothes, food, housing, school supplies, etc. whether or not you choose to visit.
