child protective services

I have 4 grandchildren, I was out of town my husband let 1 of the girls were a dress 3 day to school, another 1 of the girls wore a racing jacket to school with bud on it. the school called child protective services. They came out the house is clean and food in the house. I am back. and things just dont happen that way with me here. Now they want to send some 1 in to teach the kids to be more responsible. what rights do i have ?

Do exactly as they say. The facts are what they are and you can't change them. If you try to fight them the worst thing that could happen is that the situation escalates and they take the children away. If you are nice and cooperative it will be over in a couple of months. If you intend to fight it you need to get a juvenile lawyer familiar with the system and fight it. My experience has been that the simplest way to win is to cooperate even though you feel insulted.
