In my divorce, we signed on March 3 but the divorce was not final until april 1o. When should have my ex-husband began paying childsupport?

The date should be in your divorce paperwork (either the agreement, the support addendum, or the final). If you don't see it, call your attorney.

The obligation to support a child exists all of the time. If there is an order for child support, look at the wording of the order. If it is silent on the issue, the answer would be "since the date of the order". You can, if need be, apply for an order requiring payment of past child support.

If A beginning date is stated in the decree, that is the date. If none, the date of the order (decree) controls.
