Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a child support case in a state that uses gross income instead of net income to determine amount of support. Unfortunately, that does not leave me with enough money to pay my bills. Do the states use rental income as well as wage income for calculating the support order? If I have rental property registered under a LLC, but not directly in my name, how will that affect my case?

Georgia uses ALL income. Most states use gross numbers as anyone can manipulate their net by adjusting withholding. You should discus sthis with your lawyer in whatever state you have your case. You do have one, don't you? (You need one).
