Child support

I want to know what I can do? I have a court order Child support Garnmish. But the company is not spending the money in and now the driver licensce has been supend and He is still Driving medical patient around. This has been happening for years.

If all the paperwork is in order, you can get a judgment against the garnishee for the amount they should have paid into court. However, this is complicated. You don't want to try it and do it incorrectly. Because I am guessing that there may be a substantial amount of money at stake, I would advise you to consult with a local attorney.

You can seek a judgment against the garnishee for the amount that you should have received. This is a very tricky process so seek legal counsel.
