Child support

how can I get child support that was court ordered in georgia and the noncustodial parent moved to missouri

You should consult with an attorney with an eye toward pursuing a contempt of court proceeding. That will be filed in the court that granted the divorce even though he has moved away. He will have to be served with the new papers, but as long as you know his address, that problem is not insurmountable. I have done this many times.
