Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
child support
My daughter got divorced in Georgia several months ago and entered into a child custody agreement for joint custody of their 2 year old and child support agreement.
He now has their daughter for several months but he works evenings and has someone care for her in their home and a cousin (that is mentally disabled) care for her in the evening, so he will not even see her.
Can she challenge the child custody agreement in Georgia.
He gave false information to the court about his income so the court ordered her to pay child support but his income is higher than hers. Can she challenge this in Georgia or does she have to go to Tennessee.
We need some advice on the actions she should take.

Re: child support
She can certainly challenge the divorce decree on the grounds of fraud. She can also combine that with an action to modify custody based on her ex's arrangements regarding childcare.
