Child Support

I am currently going through a divorce which will be final Dec. 1 2003. My soon to be ex-husband is currently incararated and will be until Sept. 2005. With no means to pay child support is there a service that provides child support to children of incararted parents. I heard there is such a service and that once the incararated is released they are required to pay back to the state. Can you help?

Sorry, haven't heard of that. Might check with your county DFACS office to see if they have heard of that.
